libconnectivity-qt1 software package provides Ubuntu Connectivity Qt API, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconnectivity-qt1
libconnectivity-qt1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconnectivity-qt1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconnectivity-qt1 *
You will get with libconnectivity-qt1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
